MyCashNow has had an awful looking site and in desperate need of a face lift for years. I was happy to oblige and bring them into the 2.0. The new theme should be built by the end of the year.

Thanksgiving Football

This project was for Coors Light after they had gained sponsorship for the National Football League. The concept was to show how men thought of Thanksgiving meal time. Sure it was about food and gathering, but that was just to add to the watching of the football games.

I started with reference shots of a turkey and football. Using Maya, I modeled up a football and added chicken parts and smoothed them out to form a life-like turkey-ball.

Revealed

This program was about the the new wing of the Denver Art Museum. As construction was going on, no one could figure out what it is was and who owned it. The billboard was in 2 parts, one covered, but poking out, and the other revealed to show who’s building it was and when it would be open. I illustrated the flapped concealed version to show it protruding out.

Stand Up and say May

Win a Day with Hazel May is the campaign and photo retouching is the game. The shoot was done in a hurry and now I need to clean it up. She is a beautiful woman, and I need to make sure everyone can see her for who she is. She is kind of short, so I had to make her a little larger than life to fill enough space for the cutout.

Lombardi Trophy

The Lombardi trophy is a very highly recognized trophy that can be identified by millions of fans everywhere. For the P.O.S. campaign for the upcoming football season, we wanted to use this highly recognized icon to catch the attention of Coors Light beer drinkers passing by in liquor stores all across the nation. The only problem was, the photo we picked, had copy-right protection, so we were unable to use it. But, if the photo could be recreated entirely from scratch, then that photo could be used, per say, but with full usage rights. I used Maya to model and render the trophy and placed into a similar background in photoshop, resembling the original photo, but with the tweaks we needed to fit our layout. It was a win-win situation.

Refreshingly smooth

I just added some awe-inspiring cubes to a less-than exciting can of Keystone Light. We needed to make it look appetizing and refreshing. I think I did the trick.

Killian’s Website

The Killian’s site called for a facelift. The initial concept called for one picture that looked like the inside of a pub to be added to a section of the site. I used references from actual Irish pubs and a few here in the states to create a realistic scene. After I created it, it went over so well, we changed the entire site to become a virtual pub. I had to render out 4 rooms, and te exterior of the pub.

EAS product comps

The EAS design team was switching to new size bottles and needed some comps done to figure out how the final concept would look to get approval, and also for placement on the actual bottle. That where I came in. I created the bottles and added the artwork onto these bottles for a realistic look. These comps could also be used for sale sheet even before the final lines were even produced.
